Oberon Hire is a roadmap product that helps recruiters assess the skill depth of candidates for technical roles by integrating into their existing Applicant Tracking System.

Oberon Hire is designed to help recruiters, hiring managers and candidates match the right role to the right person.  We do this through our skill assessment process that is built as a core component of the Oberon platform and integrated into your current applicant tracking system as an integrated process.

With Oberon Hire, you can build a detailed profile of the candidates capabilities and experiences.  We do this through analysis of their skills in their application data combined with an AI assessment interview that looks for demonstrated, practical experience with the technology they have skills in.

Bias-Free by Design

Unconscious Bias has been a human problem since, well, we became humans, but it remains a significant factor in poor hiring decisions. Often, we focus on the impacts of cultural and racial bias in hiring as those are the clearly visible signs of bias, but false positive biases - assuming good things about a candidate based on past roles or schools - can be just as detrimental to performance.

Oberon Hire operates as an abstraction layer - candidates are passed to our system as an ID token and after the assessment is completed, the resulting skill profile is returned to the system as these tokenized identities.  We reveal the identity of the candidates that you select only when you select them to progress to the next stage, effectively creating an anti-bias step in the hire process where we focus on ability alone.
